How does the water circulate?

Our tubs work without electricity. As the water in the coil heats up, it naturally begins to rise (just like hot air). This rising hot water flows up and out of the coil into the tub, while colder water from the bottom of the tub is pulled into the coil to be heated. This creates a steady flow of circulation using a process called thermosyphon — no pump or wires needed.

Which hot tub/ pool sizes is this coil kit compatible with?

Our wood fire coil kit is universally compatible with most round/square hot tubs and small above-ground pools with a water capacity of 500L–2000L (the most common size for residential and commercial outdoor hot tubs). Customized coil dimensions are also available to match larger or special-sized hot tubs/pools per your requirements.

What is the heat output efficiency of the wood fire coil kit?

Crafted with one-piece 304 stainless steel and optimized coil structure, the kit delivers a high heat transfer efficiency of up to 85%. It can heat 1000L of water from room temperature to a comfortable soaking temperature (38–42°C) in 1.5–2.5 hours under normal wood fire conditions (dry hardwood fuel), meeting outdoor hot tub heating needs efficiently.

What is the MOQ for custom wood fire coil kits?

The MOQ for custom wood fire coil kits is 20 units (per single customized specification). For bulk custom orders with quantities over 200 units, we offer flexible adjustment of MOQ and exclusive bulk pricing discounts. Trial small-batch customizations (below 20 units) can be discussed separately based on your specific needs.

Can I customize the coil dimensions (diameter/length/thickness/gap)?

Yes, full customization is available for all core coil dimensions: inner/outer diameter, total coil length, tube thickness, and coil gap. All customizations are tailored to your hot tub/pool size, heating demand and installation space, with no limited modification range for B2B orders
